Lisa became interested in the electrical trade through her Father, helping him out on a variety of jobs. Even though she was told about the site working and physical aspects of being an electrician it did not phase her at all. The fact that she works outside rather than in an office environment is what appealed to her the most. Although the College work has been quite hard for Lisa she understands the need for it and it has helped her understand a lot of the technical aspects much better. Lisa said "she really enjoys working outside and finds the jobs really interesting". She is also looking forward to the opportunity to travel with her work.
