We don't look for initial qualifications so much as a good school record, a genuine interest in the industry, and a real desire to do well.
We look for good, basic mathematical ability and good use of English.
You'll need to pass a straightforward Pre-employment Assessment, consisting of colour vision, numeric and technical questions, but it won't be difficult. If you pass you'll be put on an employer's list and if you get a job you'll start a Modern Apprenticeship which will last on average three and a half to four years, depending on your progress.
