Work Experience

Prior to the formal commencement of the apprenticeship...if you are interested in becoming an electrical apprentice, SECTT recommends you gain some experience of the work expected of you prior to applying. This will give you the chance to find out what it is like to be in the job and also gives your employer a chance to see if you're what they're looking for. Each year, just after the Easter period, SECTT encourages employers to offer work experience.
